You have to do more than that to shake it up once your muscles get used to it. You need to do completely different exercises or maybe holds or burnouts and stuff.

Ypu don't really have to do different exercises. But I do agree with holds, burnouts and different amount of repetitions.
You could easy just do squats, deadlifts, bench, rows and pull-ups and you will be good.
Just change the intensity and put a lot of focus on form. Most olympic lifters do the same 5 main lifts but switch up the weight/reps to focus on form and speed.
