Is there any legitimate argument for biological men competing in female sports other then "DEY IDENTIFY AS X SO U GOTTA"?

>> No.20105768

>>20105759
No. Sports is not an egalitarian enterprise, its end purpose is competition.

>> No.20105777

Gender is a social construct. It does not exist. Let it be gender neutral and men compete with women, non binaries with cisgenders, make it fair for all. Fuck gender, its not real, so lets end segregation in sports. I want to see Serena Williams go against Federer, the US womens soccer team play with the men, girls in the NFL, Lebron in the WNBA. Make it happen.

>> No.20105779

Fucking Republicans. Just make the argument that men are not women and cannot be women. Stop making it some kind of feminist issue or about sports. Just make the fundamental argument. They do this every single time. Garbage controlled opposition party.

I fully support men competing in women's sports because I have resigned my life to being the tunnel from Willy Wonka and everyone else must pay the price for my arrogance.

That argument is extremely popular, that's what all normal people think. They just feel like they aren't allowed to say it because of how the narrative is shaped like in OP pic.

You wouldn't get to see any of this because women would get BTFO'd in the rankings so hard so fast that they'd be competing against high school boys before you could ever see Federer destroying a female tennis player. None of them would get picked up for any position in any major league team sport. It would be over for women trying to make money in the vast
majority of sports, and literally every popular sport.

Serena Williams and her sister lost against the 203rd ranked male tennis player.
>Another event dubbed a "Battle of the Sexes" took place during the 1998 Australian Open[58] between Karsten Braasch and the Williams sisters. Venus and Serena Williams had claimed that they could beat any male player ranked outside the world's top 200, so Braasch, then ranked 203rd, challenged them both. Braasch was described by one journalist as "a man whose training regime centered around a pack of cigarettes and more than a couple of bottles of ice cold lager".[59][58] The matches took place on court number 12 in Melbourne Park,[60] after Braasch had finished a round of golf and two shandies. He first took on Serena and after leading 5–0, beat her 6–1. Venus then walked on court and again Braasch was victorious, this time winning 6–2.[58] Braasch said afterwards, "500 and above, no chance". He added that he had played like someone ranked 600th in order to keep the game "fun"[61] and that the big difference was that men can chase down shots much more easily and put spin on the ball that female players could not handle. The Williams sisters adjusted their claim to beating men outside the top 350.[58]

I know your post is probably b8 but if we're gonna do away with the categories of male and female because its socially constructed we should by that logic do away with all language and categories.

I don't see how you could believe otherwise. This is all mental gymnastics that you have to do to consider yourself the "real" majority. The public is not being held hostage, your views are just socially punishable.

I don't get why being trans would be different from any other medical or physical condition that exempts you from certain pursuits or occupations. Some people are too short to ever play in the NBA. Some people are born colorblind and can never be pilots or firefighters. That's life.
