Same, I fucked with Latin for a hot autistic minute, finished that first book in the Cambridge series and could read whole pages of simple latin, based, promptly dropped that shit and forgot everything in precisely two days and six hours, not based.
Now I can't work up the resolve to relearn what I already did, feels like such a waste of time. So I'm learning Welsh now which I'm sure will be much more useful...
