Uh, you can look it up for all, but let's what I remember.

all the "experimental" feature are locked: mp3 player, web browser, text to speech (I think)

doesn't show "page count", I think it still shows "locations" though.

Obviously can't buy books.

No. They are just screensavers and a small ad at the bottom of the home page. So far all I've seen is Amazon offering you deals to buy more amazon stuff. So "ads" is a bit of misnomer so far.
