I'm currently reading it. It's interesting and I'm enjoying it but the "narrative" if you can call it is disjointed as fuck. If you're expecting a cohesive story this isn't the book for you, but if you're looking for drug-fueled snapshots of everyday life narrated by a disillusioned alt-right/neoreactionary schizo youth you'll get a kick out of it. It's edgy and it disparages every possible minority group and globohomo institution there is, quite based, and does it with a lot of irony, dark humor, sarcasm, etc.

The Bateman bullshit does come off as a joke, but when he repeats it ad nauseam it gets silly. His christian preachings are also completely out of line with his actual reasoning, he is just ignorant on the matter of modernization, ironically.
It's a fun read, at times. I read a few pages of his other book, but it gave me a headache. Whatever.

I went to high school with Mike Mahoney. Let me tell you, he is a bit of a tard. I'm honestly surprised that he of all people ended up writing a book but I'm not surprised that a book he wrote is shitty. The prose is kindergarten-tier, you may as well read The Cat in the Hat because that story has a better grasp on how to write than Mahoney does in this book. It's entertaining if you want to spend $20 to read a bunch of greentexts, and I say this as someone who knows the people in many of his anecdotes. Save your money and buy a book worthwhile.
