How do I become more like Evolas 'differentiated man'?

He gives a lot of lofty value- and virture-based theory in Ride the Tiger, but little to no practical advice.

So how do I become such a man? Draft into the Ukrainian army? Go full anprim and move to the forest? Any ideas?
