So I've finally read some works of Réné Guénon and concluded that I need to join an authentic religion, as per his literature detailing the true importance of this.

What are some traditions that approve of anal sex between a man and his wife?

Seems to be out of the question. Although I'm not sure both Sunni and Shia scholars fully agree, or if there is an obscure but still legitimate sect which approves of it.

Do you want an authentic religion or a LARP?
Become Unitarian Universalist or LaVeyan Satanist if you want to do things that lead to nowhere but feel good.
I'm sure liberal Protestant Christianity also has room for this.
I'm not sure how much these can be called "authentic religions" though, although Protestant Christianity probably is legitimate enough (LaVeyan Satanism is a shitpost and UU is a social club).

Anal sex is okay in Tantric Hinduism from what I understand, it may be in Tantric Buddhism too but I dont know, I think there is some outlawing of homosexual acts in Tibetan Buddhism. You could join a Shaivist or Shaktist sect

A liberal Protestant reading of Hebrews 13:4 will get you there. Catholics and Orthodox would say that refers strictly to sexual activity for procreative purposes (CCC 2351, https://www.oca.org/holy-synod/encyclicals/on-marriage)) although Catholics uniformly and expressly condemn nonprocreative sexual acts while the Orthodox Church seemingly takes a more nuanced view. Most branches of Protestantism emphasize developing a personal morality based in an active spiritual life and reading of the Bible, so the most common answer there is going to be "pray on it and seek God." Since you wanted to know if any religions allow it, liberal Protestantism would be my answer.

I forgot to also add that Song of Solomon (or Song of Songs) seems to contain multiple veiled allusions to oral sex between a husband and wife in chapter 4, which would support the Protestant case for nonprocreative sex being acceptable.

Should you really be choosing what religion you want to follow on the basis of which one is lenient to a sexual desire of yours? Instead of one which you genuinely believe will provide the greatest health for the soul?
