Hey gaymers, I need some advice on where to start with my graphic novel. For background context: the story is just about finished, 4 arcs, and multi-perspective narratives (9 main characters). The thing that always stumps me is where to begin. Without being retarded, there is an objective beginning to the story that follows one of the main characters, however, I feel like if I start with that; it will be too slow of a start and may convince the audience that he is the "main character" as opposed to the others. Or I could start on the second arc which has more meat and potatoes in regards to the other character's story lines and is more action oriented. What do you guys think?

Always begin in media res. Your instinct was right when it chose your second option. Action-packed is the way to start a story, even more impactful when it's a visual medium like comics.

start writing it from wherever, even if it's the absolute beginning. then, and this is the important part - after you've written the whole story then rewrite it from page one, but this time you delete or condense all the boring non-action stuff so all that's left is an interesting story.
