how do I get into reading? I just want to sleep, coom, lift weights and do good in school. but I know reading is good for me. HOW TO DO?

>> No.19758315

What do you usually do before bed? I find getting at least 20 pages read before going to sleep to be a really good way to have structured reading every day and I also find it to be beneficial to my quality of sleep. Something you could try!

>> No.19758341

The same way you started lifting. Going to the gym is boring in the beginning, but you force yourself and feel better after. You didn't deadlift what you do now from the start. Stablish a daily goal - read 10 pages today, then 10 more tomorrow and before you realize you'll be reading a lot.

Tell me how to lift and I tell you how to read (I don't have any weights though).
What can I do?
Also, what about my diety?

I sleep really easily probably because of working out and cooming. Honestly, I just browse 4chan for 5 minutes. not a lot of time to do serious reading

get a pull up bar from walmart that connects behind your door frame. start by doing chair pullups and negatives (just the way down trying to control it as much as you can). if ur fat eat protein and vegetables. make em taste good with salt and butter if you need to.

How many days of interval?
What's the cheapest source of protein?

>> No.19758745

Just because something might be good for you doesn't mean you have to do it. If you don't like reading then don't read.

as many as you can do in 3 sets each day. cheapest isn't always best but eggs and chicken breast are decent depending on where you are. also milk if ur not fat. I would also try sprinting if you don't want to a gym. the more intense the better.

I lift for 6 years natty. He does not know what he is talking about, relax.

You can have a protein source plus protein scattered in other foods. Like eat stuff with peanut butter, oatmeals, eggs, onions protein (don’t fall for the “basedboy” reactionary meme. This claim has, literally, no source of studies conducted on humans, only plant-based animals), milk, cheese, broccoli, lentils, etc.

if you want cheap protein power, go for onions protein isolated, and albumin (egg protein). I am vegetarian and I can tell you, the whole “eat meat to get big” is a meme. You can do it if you want, it sure is effective, but not necessary.

A thread just died because you decided to start this thread instead of doing the only thing there is to do--sit down and fucking read if you want to start reading.

Treat it the same way you treat lifting. It's literally just another habit you can either form or not have time for just like anything else. Figure it out dipshit

they have different configurations of amino-acids (building blocks of protein) and they have different protein quality (the % of protein that you body can actually utilize). plant based proteins falls short on this aspect, they have less then 75% of protein quality, while whey have 80-85% and meat goes up to 90%. if you go plant based, you will have to eat more protein (to make up for those 30%). In my country, it is still cheaper, I can get 1kg of onions protein isolate por 12 bucks, roughly, after conversion, and 1 fkn buck for 1kg of onions protein dehydrated.
