Not specifically on it, but anything related to the idea of it. There are tons of books on how to be successful, but what about the opposite? If you're satisfied with your own mediocrity and lack of goals, you're criticized by people for not being ambitious and working harder. As long as you're doing your job perfectly and paying taxes why should it matter? The closest thing I could find is Diogenes since the writer of the movement himself quotes him.
