I read (listened to) this biography audiobook that was pretty good, about some guy slowly descending into junkiedom and all the fucked up shit that happened along the way. Think it was called Tweak. Maybe you’ll learn something useful and get help.

the NA book, and the AA can help too. seriously, get off it as soon as you can, rehab helps. you cant continue forever, or do and die. your life is stunted now until you get off it. i have friends who still work recovery but still act the same, there is little hope for them to stay sober. it gets better
