Italian /lit/izens, could you suggest me some rare/out-of-print works (possibly from the last century, I'd rather avoid controversial politics too) that have literary merit?
When I try to Google these keywords, I always get stuff like "1st edition of this otherwise very common classic", but that's not what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for books that, for some reason or another, didn't get reprints/got very limited reprints. Obviously I'm talking about books that don't have digital copies on libgen or whatever, as those can be easily accessed.

look on the italian wikipedia. start with some random page like https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edmondo_De_Amicis and start clicking on names until you find some book

De Amicis' books are already in the public domain, so there are free digital copies of (most of) them, plus I'd rather get some quality directions than trying random books of dubious quality.

Check out Emilio Villa. Huge genius poet who stands the comparison with the greatest modernists of the 20th century. His works (especially the Opere Complete) are out of print and impossible to find nowadays.

He's just one among many, Italian literature never ceases to surprise you.

I assume you're referring to the 2014 book by L'orma editore.
Thank you for the suggestion (and the new name), but I'm currently looking for something like novels. Possibly 300 pages or less.

But how do I know what you're expecting? Are you a native Italian speaker or did you learn Italian?

Are you already familiar with the best authors of the 20th century, all of which happen to be obscure, at least for a foreigner?

There's a copy of the original UR writings (Evola et al) bound together on ebay for 600 Euros but it is only shipping within Italy.

Do you mean the "restriction" about novels? I guess I should have specified it in the OP, my bad.
Don't bother with the shitposters.

My question is: are you just looking for rare shit to own, or do you want to read more obscure authors with literary merit? Your original post is not clear. Are you familiar with Carlo Emilio Gadda, Alberto Arbasino, Giorgio Manganelli, Alberto Savinio, Tommaso Landolfi, Sebastiano Vassalli, Ennio Flaiano, Luciano Bianciardi, Salvatore Satta, Vincenzo Consolo, Gesualdo Bufalino, Fosco Maraini, Ignazio Silone, Guido Morselli, Nanni Balestrini, Guido Piovene, Goffredo Parise, Carlo Cassola, Gianni Celati, Pier Vittorio Tondelli and so on?

Many of those names are known to me.
My request is for some somewhat short novels that have literary merit but, unfortunately, have not received reprints or have received reprints that went out fast: essentially, something you'd need the second hand market for.
Do you know titles that fit these criteria and have piqued your interest?
