What do you mean removed book? The Protestants removed some books from their Bibles but those books are not removed from the Catholic Bible. The other apocrypha books like the book of Enoch were never in the Bible so were never "removed". The Catholic Church decides what's in the Bible.

You can always tell that the Catholic church is not the true Church, or at least the Early Church, by how little Catholics understand history before 1054. The book of Enoch was featured in the canon of the Tewahedo Church before the Ethiopians schismed and so it was featured in *a* Bible before *the* Bible was decided. And the Catholic church does not decide what is in the Bible, the Holy Spirit decides what the canon of Scripture is by acting through Council. *The* canon of Scripture is not defined by the church or the pope.
