Homer seems to get quoted almost once in every dialogue, Hesiod much less so. Off the top of my head, Hesiod gets quoted in the Symposium by Phaedrus, and Socrates uses his myth of the ages of mankind in the Republic for both the metal souls and the degeneration of regimes.
