Okay so you have structure, relationship and political unit. From these you can derive any economics, ethics etc.

Structure is like hierarchy, relationship is how things operate in the structure (maybe like voting or something or dictatorial). After that you decide on a political unit. Some political units have more value than others.
I use education orders as political units. Studies show education is a better political unit than individualism, race, family, worker etc but they are falsifiable and rankable based on how self actualizing they are for humans.

For economics, social credit system is better than capital. It does more than ecurrencies for universal applications and value.
