So this is saying that I can live as an epicurean, as there’s no difference between self mortification and sensual pleasures? Wow, Nietzsche was right, this truly is a life affirming religion. I like it already. This goes, of course, with the Madhyamika identification of Samsara with Nirvana.

Have you tried limiting yourself? No porn and a cheeky jerk off once or twice a week.
However, if masturbating is going to cause a lot of damage, then you're really going to have to either find a lot of hobbies that take your mind off it, which means you'll have to go outside. Or find a girlfriend.
