It has become clear to me that my mind is truly empty, and not in a metaphorical sense. I can not seem to understand anything in truth. Whenever I am listening to someone explaining something, my mind is blank - I have to struggle and engage in a painful mental fight to even faintly grasp what they are saying and what it means. Whenever I read a line of argument, I need to spend time deciphering and breaking it down, just to catch a glimpse of what is being said. In day to day living, I function almost entirely by intuition, as it is impossible for me to follow along in what is happening around me. I don't understand why my mind is so blank, and I am afraid of what it means for my humanity.
