Has anyone ever considered maing a "black church" They could have black oratories where they store the books and you cannot enter without permission. That's already a thing. Southern Baptist churches are racially segregated. Not officially, but they're almost always 100% white or 100% black.

No, she likely just saw a single white person in a library located in a mostly black neighborhood and assumed they must be from elsewhere because they're white and she's retarded. No white person would go to a library in a mostly black area (AKA a dangerous area) if they're from somewhere else that has its own library. It's pretty funny considering she grew up in an upper middle class suburb that was mostly white.

I loved going to the library as a kid. When I got to college the school library was insufferable, just a bunch of computers and people sitting all over the aisles talking loudly on their phones and making videos for social media. I remember I was looking for a book once and the crowd of smartphone and laptop using students were staring at me like I had 2 heads. I also remember one of the shelves had a computer and desk placed right in front of it so you couldn't even physically reach any of the books on it.

Public libraries nowadays seem to be mostly a refuge for homeless people to hang out in.

I do this everyday. I drive to the inner city and walk into the library and cut in line in front of the old nigger lady and walk up to the young nigger lady at the desk and I ask for the latest Thomas Pynchon. I argue and shout for a while about how I don't want Vineland because it is his weakest work and then I leave and buy a mocha latte which I drink in my car.
