Will he make me a Christian?

No. But if you are open to becoming a Christian, he will help you along that path.

Not likely although Alasdair Macintyre converted to catholicism when he was writing After Virtue and when he was describing thomistic thought.

No. If you genuinely want to look into Christianity, read the Gospels, begin a practice of prayer and attend church on Sunday (esp. apostolic churches) and seek Christian fellowship. Aquinas isn’t going to do it.

There are also small people inside the church. Or are they regular sized people?

Perhaps it will help, but you can't expect to read Aquinas with no background and get all that you can out of it. Aquinas wears his influences on his sleeve and is by no means light reading

Depends on if you care more about faith than reason. If you like Scholasticism, then go for Aquinas. If not, Augustine

I try to believe bros but it's hard. The silence of God is tough. It makes me feel like I'm larping and I think maybe the atheists are right.

Depending which books of his you're reading, certain themes resurface over and over again (such as e.g. the immateriality, simplicity, eternality of God, and other metaphysical things like that). It's not like a math book where you have to completely understand each page before moving to the next. Rather, Aquinas knows you aren't gonna understand everything on the first read, and he writes accordingly: so, you can just read and let it slowly seep into you, almost like meditating.

No, there are two being that determine whether or not you believe, yourself and God.
