My comfort book would have to be Franny and Zooey. First read it in high school and I just loved it, probably read it about 10 times now.

They're not really talking about anything the whole time, but their way with words makes me want to keep reading. I especially love zooey chapter in the bathtub just smoking cigarettes and reading that old letter. Just makes me feel comfortable for some reason, I can really get lost in this book and feel like a teenager again.
