Every day I see nice cars with beautiful people just everywhere, it's nauseating it makes my head spin wondering how in the hell everybody is so rich.

If your goal is to be a writer, going to college to study literature is the absolute worst thing you can do.

How are you judging this? there aren't many writers this millennia worth reading, but the ones that are are college educated. Stop with your tradie cope retard.

2/3 of trades are utter retards who dropped out of (or barely passed) high school yet still want to own a boat. They're the male equivalent of those bimbos that get bank teller jobs or end up as strippers. I can tell you don't own your own home, funnily, by the respect you have for these scum (guess that trade job doesn't pay as well as you hoped. Which reminds me, I sold my last condo to a electrician who's been in the business for 10 years. He was approved for a mortgage of $180 000, think he paid 10-15k down. I paid for it in cash when I bought it; likewise the house I bought to get out of that shit hole. I have a degree in Art History. Figure that out.

I've worked trades for 10 years now and I made more money as a waiter. The "join the trades" is a cope. You have to work a lifetime to make decent money in trades.

Anybody who works in a trade for more than a few years breaks their body completely. Half of them end up addicted to opioids to deal with their chronic pain, some can't go a day without getting drunk, and the rest just suffer.

I have a /his/ BA but no debt because school is cheap in my country and my family is wealthy. I have an easy, decently paying job and owe nothing. I only opted into a meme retard degree because I knew what I'd end up doing with it BEFORE I made the commitment. If you're a burger paying $20,000/semester for a humanities degree then I have a hard time feeling bad for you. You deserve to be financial chattel. There are dozens of lucrative career paths that don't require a bachelor's. All these people complaining about crushing student debt only went to school in the first place because they wanted to feel special and intelligent. Most people should stay far away from universities.
