Boybands, or more specifically Korean boybands, are heavily sought after by women. They're infact more chased after than men like Elon Musk or Bezos, who are higher on the male dominance hierarchy.

According to JP, women's mating strategy must align with masculine ideals. They choose the men who other men love and respect, like a bunch of soccer players raising their champion and cheerleaders also cheering for them.

But in my observation most men seem to despise kpop idols. Their reaction towards soft skinned Korean boys is similar to how women react towards men who like pornography or skinny women.

The average fan age group of the boyband BTS is between the age of 23 - 28, which is the age range where females are most fertile.
I assumed, like Peterson, birth controls are causing women to like these feminized men, but most of my female peers claimed to not use birth controls regularly. Infact, women in most parts of the world don't use birth controls regularly.

I've recently come across another study proving that men with higher testosterone are more likely to work in low economic status jobs.

In all male dominated animal hierarchies, testosterone is beneficial, but in the case of humans testosterone seems to benefit overall health, but detrimental to social status.
