You're wrong. It's only superimposed on this picture which is an obvious photoshop. The picture I posted above is the real deal. You can tell the hair and dress are completely different. If that's a drawing that shit is amazing. It looks like a real photograph even for a realist drawing. Especially in the 80's for a fucking esoteric meme
