Letters from a stoic, or On the Shortness of Life. Both by Seneca
Don’t read an audiobook (I don’t know if there are any for it). They’re both rather short, try reading a little before bed each night

Don’t know about you but I find poetry with a mystical/spiritual dimension is very satisfying when I’m feeling down. Something like Burnt Norton. I also like Sepehri’s Water’s Footfall, but the only translation that’s easily available is called Oasis of Now.

On the Shortness of Life is, imo, the best introduction to stoic practices (though stoicism itself isn’t helpful for everyone). If you read any Seneca, start with that.
I might also recommend the Brothers Karamazov since that helped me out of a depressive slump; though I’ve heard some say it’s not a good choice as your first Dostoevsky, it was mine and I loved it. I also don’t do audiobooks, but BK likely wouldn’t translate well since a significant portion of it is long-winded philosophical monologues.
