I've noticed every single day it's the same 8 books posted over and over. What are some books that should be posted everyday but aren't?

Bump for good thread.
Here's some that I can think of.

Lucky Per - Henrik Pontoppidan. A comfy Danish bildungsroman.

The Man Without Qualities - Robert Musil. Another 20th Century bildungsrom, Musil is often overlooked on /lit/, which is surprising given his existentially themed literature influenced by Nietzsche, Dostoyevsky, etc

I see a lot of praise for Chekhov's short stories and plays, but not that much for Ibsen and Strindberg, the other two modernist playwriters who had a larger influence than Chekhov.
Strindberg's "Damascus" is great and heavily influenced by Nietzsche and Ibsen's "An Enemy of the People" is great if you're an elitist like himself.

A Study of History by Arnold J. Toynbee and Plutarch's Moralia.. both vastly underrated book on account of being published in unwieldy multi-volume edition.

Tolstoy is being forgotten now. Turgenev and him get a rare mention now and then. McCarthy and DFW, Pynchon are talked of too much here. Also Balzac, Maupassant aren't getting mentioned.
