I’m trying to find more sources on Mongolians.
Where did Jack pull this quote from?

Do you know what a quote is? Weatherford wrote that, he's not quoting another person.

he's asking for a source on the contents of that quote

Lactose intolerance is fake. The reality is that raw milk from pastured health cows, preferably Jersey, have beneficial enzymes that aid is digestion of the lactose. Pasteurization destroys such enzymes along with beneficial CLA.
There is nothing wrong with raw milk if the cow or goat is healthy and pastured, but even then, heating a little bit is fine and better than pasteurization, which is a time consuming process.
If you were to drink the raw milk of a cow stuck up in a barn, you would contract illness and probably die. This is because that is unnatural. All pasteurization does of cooped up, grain eating, and hormone pumped up cows is make it edible. It is ultimately still shit.
The reality is lactose intolerance to pasteurized milk of unhealthy cows is arguably the body's healthy immune reaction to distilled shit.
If you are drinking pasteurized milk, you have not truly drank milk. You are an inferior being in many respects.
I highly recommend finding a local farmer who raises his Jersey cows with care. Drink their milk raw. You will see how much better it is then.
There is also A1 and A2 controversy I shall avoid.
Anyways, fuck the Mongols. I just found the quote about the milk interesting.

Are you sure that jews are statistically more in line with what is healthy for the body?

SOURCE: WEATHERFORD'S RECTVM.

Cows and goats are admirable creatures and have nothing to do with Jews. There is some controvery regarding A1 vs A2 milk protein though. Some research shows A2 milk is generally healthier. Raw milk from pastured and healthy Jersey cows has great healing properties. Holstein cows on general do not produce as rich or milk due to it being more A1. You should study the different breeds of cows.
Regardless, one reason Mongols were probably hardy and strong was due to eating a lot of raw dairy.

Since you're speaking for him, tell me is he an idiot? If Weatherford cited any sources, go to Weatherford's text and find them. If he didn't, he didn't. Look for them yourself.

Look I googled "diet of the mongols at the time of genghis khan" and the first result is an encyclopedia with five sources.

>nothing to do with jews
I'm asking how come jews are statistically way more likely to have lactose intolerance

>> No.19278166

Many diagnoses of lactose intolerance are false positives.
There are many people who can't drink pasteurized milk but can drink milk from pastured cows raw due to the enzymes I mentioned. These enzymes are denatured during pasteurization process.
Regardless, I recommend avoiding milk from grain-fed, cooped up cows. Milk is a very complex substance.

We know that. What are we, his research assistants? Why can't he pull up the bibliography himself?
The worst part is that since he hasn't put in the effort himself we can't even have a good conversation about historical books about Mongols or discuss the merits of the diet other than this second or third hand quote.
