I'll be completely real. I'm this guy >>19186640. I just took a constipated dump, and the sound of it hitting the porcelain was like hitting a hammer on sheet metal. I looked in the bowl and there was a thick little clot of blood unfolding slowly in the water. I had to stuff my underpants with toilet paper to keep them from getting soiled with blood. Dry wipe in terms of shit, but a very wet wipe in terms of blood.

This is not enjoyable at all. Pray for me.
