There are no happy endings, the only true ending is death.

It really irritated me when Dairy Queen started doing this. Yes, I understand your ice cream is very cold and high in fat. That's why I fucking buy it. I don't need you to humiliate us both by flipping my food upside down during literally every transaction to prove the concept.

This is so gimmicky and trite Buffet himself probably came up with the policy. I hate boomers so goddamn much. I am actually learning to calculate actuarial tables just so I can come up with my own private estimates of when they'll die off. My goal is to be able to tell individual boomers I find obnoxious what their last year on Earth will be.

I think the flip is cool. (I've never been to a DQ). Personally, I'd like to get a cake from DQ someday.

And but what is this 'ending' but a topic upon which nothing can be said. Who knows what happens beyond the reality of our own existence. What even is 'nothing'?

In practice it's not. The employees don't like doing it and you feel like you're watching a little humiliation ritual.

>Personally, I'd like to get a cake from DQ someday.
Same. Just never had the occasion. They're for the niche situation of your ghetto friends inviting you to a kid's birthday party in summer.

I miss having trashy friends. But not the friends themselves.
