Making a chart is hard desu

I wanted to make one on Russian lit, and then I realized I actually hadn't read much Russian lit. So I am reading in order to make a better chart.

Cervantes is renaissance or baroque, either way not medieval anymore.
>>18959936
Same as above, not medieval anymore. Medieval era in literature started to end with humanism - Dante and Petrarca.

Same, and I'm fucking studying Russian and should know better. A big part of the job is already done by the numerous historical overviews available (one was published in English by Oxford just a few years ago and it's massive), but it would feel dumb to just copy stuff from there.

Yep, that's the one.
If you're looking for slightly more compact stuff, try D.S. Mirsky's book, or Cambridge History of Russian Literature.

It literally explains why in the pic, it's one of the most important works of scholarship on medieval literature.
