I want to research the origins of /fitlit/ and curl like my ancestors. What are the earliest books and literature movements dedicated to beautiful male muscles? Nordau's "Degeneration" and "Muscular Judaism" are the earliest and best I've found.
"Insult and the Making of the Gay Self" is also good.

There's nothing gay about preserving male beauty while reading good books on health. We have to save the west even if it means deadlifting your fat ass along with it.
