The only transwoman I have ever met who both passed and looked good was my cousins girlfreind who dressed like a 1950s housewife (long dresses, lots of blush, dainty shoes, the whole works) and honestly looked completely cis, along with having an appropriately feminine voice (though perhaps slightly gruff in mannerisms, she swore a lot). I did not know she was a transwoman and not cis until she mentioned it. I am not sure if she is a surgical miracle or just the peak of HSTS or what but she was very pretty and feminine. Her face was perhaps slightly angular but that was it.
