Can we talk about the amendments of the United States constitution,please? Specifically the 7th amendment.

How come "Twenty Dollars" was never subjected to inflation? In 1789, when the bill was ratified, the average family needed less than 20 dollars per week to live (Food and expenses included). In 2010, $20.00 is equal to $253.06.

I think you grossly overestimate what goes to trail and how quick civil trials are. Civil trials are about the preponderance of evidence. Basically wheoever has the most pictures and sounds the least retarded wins. Also, I doubt many judges will try a case for twenty dollars.
