Based. Much better than people consuming in hedonistic pleasure and feeling tormented that they've lost the ability to be as active in that lifestyle as they once were. I guarantee there will be suicides because of it as the young generations age. On the other hand, someone who makes peace with his mortality early on will find comfort in old age.

I don't plan on getting old. The thought of becoming senile, frail, and forgetful man who shits himself is more repulsive to me than death.
