Highly unlikely, chasing pussy (successfully or unsuccessfully), dealing with whores, cheating, marital problems etc. have been the #1 motivation and inspiration for writers since the beginning of literature.

The bare minimum is to at least interact with sluts and get rejected repeatedly, then you can use it in your writing. But a sheltered cowardly incel with no experience? Absolutely no chance to write anything good.
