I've been thinking about this roast, I enjoy it a lot actually, but the more I think about it the less insulting it seems. If it can lead Bannon to success, isn't that an argument in favor of, rather than against, the realism of Evola's message? I don't care about Evola really, but saying someone you don't like was able to carry the worldview here to the top of the corporate world is not a great way to push the premise that it's pathetic, unproductive etc. If you are hurt by the videogame comment, how are you not going to be encouraged by the Bannon comment, and visa versa?

It's what every self-proclaimed Nietzschean I've ever met was like - flamboyant, compensating, overly aggressive in a very vulgar way that tries to disguise itself as very haughty and superior while at the same time embracing the vulgar dissolving character. These people create a thousand layers like an onion around themselves, and call it their complex personality. I get where the schizo vibe comes from, but I don't think she's actually got the disorder. I think, as with the people I've mentioned, she assembles all these layers that are not integrated with each other, which then lets her jump and evade criticism.
I can't deny that these sorta girls do frustrate me when I try to deny my attraction to them, which leads to a spiral of hating on them. I've found that admitting that kinda attraction and subsequent insecurity helps with dissolving the whole thing.
