Existence being suffering is just the case. You age, you get sick, you die. There are experiences of desire and other emotions. Suffering is only bad if it begets suffering. Appreciating life comes only through suffering, not lack of it.

Correct. That fox is probably living one of the worst existence possible. Foxes in urban environments have a q year life expectancy. You cannot find a single fox who doesnt have multiple fractures by the time it dies. Its hearing is sensitive enough that any car starting within a 500 m radius is like an explosion to us.
In comparison the rabbit had an easy life, reproduced a lot early on, grew fatl and died quickly.

Life has no universal meaning or purpose, there's no goal other than the one you want to pursue. And i don't mean that as a bad thing, the opposite, you have the opportunity to do and be whatever you want in whichever way you want, ofc some people's goal and visions conflict with someone else's but that's just an inherent problem tied to individuality
