Fascism is both right-wing and left-wing, that's why they call themselves "third position", and the reason why Gustavo Bueno had some trouble classifying it. Bueno ended up defining it as a right-wing ideology, but one of the unaligned right-wings, because it had elements from both sides of the spectrum, but at it's core, it held the principles which he attributed to the historical right.

Not really, he defined himself as a classic liberal who believes in the individual rather than the state. Also he didn’t won a Nobel because he accepted a prize from a Chilean organization in the Pinochet period
