You have to understand Kant and Hegel, but phenomenology is basically how we experience reality and experience it as humans. Modern philosophers came up with such things, and existentialism was the next 'big thing' on it. I don't know how to explain it, the oxford dictionary uses Hegel. Get a history of philosophy course on yt or something, anon. This kind of things depends on some concepts to make sense.
