The entire book is 227 pages revolving around a philosophy and many arguments which justify violence and extreme cruelty against humans. I'm not actually telling anyone to do anything I am giving them a philosophy that is rational which anyone could pick up and add to their ideology. Could this have legal ramifications?

There is only a small bit of cruelty that isn't without motivation. Things like running over a squirrel or stepping on bugs. There is cruelty like this in governments, but it is pretended to be different because the importance of human suffering is magnified by humans. There is usually motivation for specific instances of cruelty, but a pattern of cruelty is a product of mimicry and habit more than volition.
