Read capital and the manifesto, that's enough.

When reading capital look up David Harvey's lectures. He looks at the book chapter by chapter.

I bought Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844 recently.
But yeah, what the first post said.
One thing to keep in mind: Marx's communist utopia (or "high communism") bases itself on an almost metaphysical concept: technological singularity which will lead to "post-scarcity".
They think of technology in a "technical instrumentalist" manner; the "tendency to see a particular technology as a passive tool that obeys commands and responds to impulses generated elsewhere."
My suggestion would be to read Ellul after Mercks.

Yup, as well as "Main Currents of Marxism: Its Origins, Growth and Dissolution" by Leszek Kołakowski

from the books you posted:
Manifesto -> German Ideology Chapter 1 -> Capital
for a start

you should probably download the Penguin translations of Capital over the marxists.org ones

also, don't ready any modern "interpreters". they only care about making their audiences feel like they're learning something so that they throw cash at them

Get the The Marx-Engels Reader gives a good introduction and guide to reading them. If you don't want to buy it then use this PDF: https://thecharnelhouse.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Marx-Engels-Reader.pdf

Why not the whole German Ideology? I just bought it myself and thought it be smart to go through the whole thing, any particular reason for just chapter one then Capital?

because the rest is dedicated to specific critiques of Young Hegelians who quickly became irrelevant. not only is that unessential, but it also requires some understanding of German philosophy at the time. it should be read eventually, but definitely not before any of the published works of Marx and Engels (The German Ideology didn't get published and they quickly moved past it. they said it was mainly written for self-clarification).
