I have, it's transcripts of speeches. This means there is some interesting stuff (the first ~50 and last ~50 pages stand out iirc) but a lot of it gets repeated because it's a speech on the same topic just to different people. For instance the stuff on the selection process of "proper" party members was good, but there were at least 3 speeches talking about it, and I think the last one says it the best which made the firs two seem pointless. Some of his Marxist theory and it's connection to wider Confucianism and historical Chinese philosophy was interesting too. Mostly it's one of those books that could have been just as good at half as long but the footnotes are really interesting.
