How would you compare him to the other living great american writers? would you say he is as good as pychon, mccarthy, David Foster Wallace, Don Delillo, or John Barth? I never see his boooks discussed here.

He’s overrated in my honest opinion. I think he gets hype because he’s weird and cites sexy influences and he’s into cross dressing. It’s worth nothing that he writes a lot of stuff that is specifically within the realm of what the mainstream publishing industry what’s people to talk about that. They’re on the edge of that mainstream, but still in it.
