why even bother to read an introduction instead of reading the actual works, as a philosophy student; you’re going to have to read them at some point anyways, and most of the nuances you won’t understand properly without having read the original text.

no different that skimming wikipedia before reading an author, takes a couple minutes and gives you an overview of whats to come

do you skip the table of contents too?

Why does every woman nowadays want to look like a space alien impregnated a chinky mulatto in the Chernobyl exclusion zone? All these mutant bitches on instagram, just by looking at them I can smell that awful sickly sweet candy scented perfume they wear. Big grocery store Dominican lips and slanty eyes. Can't wait to put my DNA in that so she can give birth to Quatto.

okay I think you misunderstood me. anyways I realise she‘s too hot to be wasted on a post like this and this topic is pretty irrelevant. Secondary sources are faggy when you read them BEFORE or INSTEAD of the text.
read commentary during or after. The vast majority of books are easily obtainable so it’s not even knowing what you buy. You can always test as much as you like
