Space primitivism, like primitivism but in an enclosed spaceship beyond the occupants' understanding in a post-scarcity universe where the space ship provides everything to keep the artificial Earth environment active and the inhabitants alive and small enough such that large scale wars within a colony are impossible. Imagine, if you will, millions of space ships run by AI where primitive humans live in the state of "nature".

Holding fringe philosophical and political views does not make you interesting and is not a personality

alright let's consider that political and philosophical positions don't make up your perrsonality
ok let's also consider the car you drive, the job you have, the house you live in, the furniture you buy also doesn't make your personality
then what makes your personality?

>> No.18450798

>>18450787
So what exactly is a personality? Working a 9-5 job, watching Netflix, occasionally having sex and owning a dog? Because that's basically all normies take about

MY AGE IS PERENNIAL & UNFATHOMABLE, STILL: BORN IN THE WRONG ERA!

MY PHILOSOPHY, AND MY POLITICS, ARE ONE: T R A D I T I O N .

MY ARTISTRY ÆSTHETIC IS ANYTHING THAT IS ÆSTHETIC, IF YOU CAN DECIPHER MY MYSTERY ;); I JUST LOVE THE CLASSICS, IMPRESSIONISM, AND ANYTHING THAT EVOKES THE BEAUTY & WISDOM OF THE GOLDEN AGE —THE LIST COULD GO ON—; ART THAT ELEVATES & HEALS THE SOUL, THAT MOVES ME TO TAKE TIME FROM MY MUNDANE ROUTINE TO CONTEMPLATE THE HORIZON, THE SUNSET, THE STARS, AND THAT MAKES ME F E E L!

Heidegger, Ellul, Camatte, sprinkle in some Jünger and Linkola. It is nothing serious or well defined. I want a peaceful place within myself.
I do not have active stances, policy proposals do not interest me, I do not have any power so how could I delegate any of my wishes to somebody else?
Inaction, in other words, homeless.
I like miserable weather, cold rain in a dense forest, drenched and shivering. Just wonder about. I saw a moose calf the other day, he was just a few steps away. We startled each other, I left as quickly as he did, didn't want to meet the mother.
Not a hermit or a luddite, just want to be.
>>18450787
This is what I dislike. You will see it everyday throughout interactions. Petty people commiting banal acts of evil and cruelty.

I have no specific framework. I'm a normie, basically. I don't believe there's a god, and if there was, he is indifferent to us. There is no reason to live, but here we are anyway. Life is actually very good, despite the fact that existence is fundamentally suffering.

Catholic augustinian philosophy & associated, mainly St. Augustine, Boethius, St. Anselm, St. Bonaventure, Duns Scotus, Malebranche & Pascal. It seems to me that it is here that we find the most luminous conceptions of man, of God and of the links that bind them.
>politics
The principle of government is of greater importance than its form, and as long as the political organization allows for the development, sustenance and salvation of the society it governs, it is not problematic to have a superficial contradiction.
>artistry aesthetic
I am not very picky and I can appreciate classical art as well as baroque, romantic, naturalist, realist, symbolist and impressionist art. I have difficulty with some of the dada, surrealist and abstract art. I viscerally hate conceptual art.
I try to constitute my art as a kind of eclecticism and I take everything that allows me to adequately express what I want.

Be quiet and don't bother me, I won't either.
Being benevolent and just to others at your own expense is an injustice in itself. Treat everyone the way you've reckoned they deserve to be treated. Do not suffer a single scratch from people you deem worthless and morally blind.
Plato's anamnesis and Aristotles doctrine of the Mean are probably very close to the truth. So is confucianism. I also make sure to re-read Emerson or Thoreau at least once a year.
>politics
Abstaining from modern politics and avoiding any involvement to political events that aren't even loosely related to my community. Let the bourgeois waste their time on such matters.
The way taxes work in western Europe and possibly even the USA is theft. The state charges you 100€ and provides services that barely worth 20€. Any dissenting opinion is cleverly labeled as "egoistic" by worthless people who mooch off the government (aka the work of others). It is important to remember that X government in Y western country has no money of its own. Most of these governments with rare exceptions do not produce any wealth and their enterprises are barely kept afloat.
Every time you get something for 'free' or from the 'state', you get money that was produced by the toil of another member of society.
I'm not a libertarian. I'm not a big fun of the austrian school in general, but the point above is very important to me.
