That describes Ignatius Reilly, so Confederacy of Dunces should shame you out of it

You don't need books, you need to take actions.

Eat less, move more.
Stop looking at your phone all the time.
Just stop looking at porn and beating your meat so much bro.
Read a book outside.

If only it were that easy to make changes. I have no doubt that you could make changes to improve your life but me just telling you 'do x more' won't help.

Eat meals at specific times planned ahead of time. Don't eat outside those times. Continual snacking is no good.
Only eat after you have completely got everything set up. Pre-determine everything it is that you'll eat, and don't come up with new things in the middle of eating. If you want to eat ice cream, for example, have ice cream with you when you start eating. Don't add ice cream after you've finished your prepared meal. This takes advantage of the fact that we make better decisions when we plan ahead as opposed to the heat of the moment.
Also probably don't eat in the kitchen where food is tempting, if you can.
These pieces of advice should be sufficient to lose a decent amount of weight by themselves.

Monitoring is another strategy that leads to increased motivation. Start by doing weekly weigh ins. Dailys can get you paranoid because your body has natural body weight fluctuations. Do these measurements at the same time of day when you do them. Studies show that weigh ins help people lose weight 1. Because they can respond to feedback on the effectiveness of what they're doing and 2. Because it offers a sense of progress.
To get advanced, start calorie counting. MyFitnessPal is a convenient app for this. It will give you an estimate of what calories are appropriate for you and allow to to scan foods quickly for their calories while giving you a total.

Those alone should be enough. At some point it's probably a good idea to start jogging. But not with the goal of losing weight. Exercise improves brain function, and one of the functions it improves is executive function. So it improves your will power and ability to plan.

Remember that you are in control. You have the ability to recognize danger, so why not remove yourself from the danger you have detected. Millions of years of evolution still function in you.

Oh. And I should probably offer some advice on developing a jogging habit. You can start off by finding a suitable place to walk 5 minutes. Habits are best built gradually. You want to start off feeling comfortable with the idea that you go on walks on certain days (e.g. Mon-Wed-Fri.) Feel free to not jog for a while. Eventually you'll feel comfortable walking around, and you'll start thinking you might as well do more since you take the time to go on walks. Take advantage of that urge once it props up and do a brief jog. Stop whenever it feels uncomfortable. You don't want to give yourself a terrible negative experience that'll push you away. Aim to jog longer progressively over time. Start setting distance or time goals that sound easy. Then gradually increase it as those goals feel like very comfortable things you can do.
Anyway, good luck bruh. I've lost 60 lbs myself.
