Looking for a job where I can work alone, ideally at night, and spend a significant proportion of my time reading. Don't care about making that much because I'm pretty minimalist and don't need lots of money. I have a (humanities) bachelors degree and no debt. Help me please.

I’d suggest you look for something easy to do during the day. Nightshifts are ass and so is reading on the job. Maybe teaching English overseas? You can tutor people via Zoom (or whatever) as well.
Look for ways to maximize your comfy time at home. Anything else will feel subpar one way or une other.
