Yeah most tattoos are shit and show how shallow minded some people are (think butterfly tattoos). I was dating a girl who had a giant compass tattoo on her back and she said she got it to express her adventurous self. Of course, the girl has been outside the country a total of 0 times and was a virgin when I met her...Now the only tats that I like and respect are those that take imperfection and make it beautiful. There was a guy I knew who had pink colored discoloration all over his body (maybe from acne scarring or something) and a tattoo artist drew black branches so his whole back looked like a cherry blossom tree.
