It's fine
If you are thinking about reading it because you enjoyed the show I would probably advise against it, none of the memorable scenes from the show are present in the book and instead you get lots of detailed descriptions of men's dongs, and a long, retarded lore dump
The bear is cooler though and it does a better job of conveying how cold it is
