I checked the wiki but only found recommendations for creative writing. My professor recommend They Say I Say, but I'd like to hear any other recommendations you may have. Anything like picrel?

You'll need 2 things:

1. John Truby's The Anatomy of Story. Amazing book that takes you through the steps of creating a story based on an organic story idea that unfolds in time, space, characters, symbols, etc. He lists 22 steps to becoming a master storyteller with plenty of examples from brilliant movies and books.

2. A book on grammar.
