How to read more in one sitting? I can last 2 hours max, then I get hungry, eat and my blood sugar drops, I get sleepy and then I don't want to read more.

Books are long, gotta take breaks. Go for a walk or stretch between chapters.

Also, learn to read fast if you haven't yet. You can absorb information way faster than you'd expect.

I always read with a glass of apple juice and a bottle of nicotine lozenges. This way I can usually go 3-4 hours at a stretch until I have to use the bathroom.

Why do you need to go more than 2 hours? 2 hours per day is more than most people muster.

Most people are at the reading level of 5th graders

I stretch between chapters alright... I stretch your mom's pussyhole with my huge BBC.

Agreed.
What's the point of reading if you don't enjoy it? Reading for academic purposes is while different story though

Why would you want to force yourself to read? You’ll end up hating the book and yourself. I read one chapter at a time then decide if I wanna take on the next one. Typically I take a short break between chapters to satisfy myself that there’s nothing better to be doing
